Description: KVC Consultants looking for a full-time Technical Support Executive to handle Existing and New Customer Calls.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle Existing Customer Calls.
  • Explain About Services.
  • Understand Customer Technical Problems.
  • Aptitude to recognize problems, research and analyze circumstances, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Complete the assigned work by the supervisor.

Educational requirements:
  • Any Graduate

Experience requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 Months

Desired Skills:
  • Explain and communicate clearly with Clients.
  • Understand Customer queries and resolve customer problems.
  • Able to solve any kind of technical problem like Email, printer, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Team Player.
  • Good command over English.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Good Observer.
