Description: KVC Consultants looking for a full-time Technical Support Executive to handle Existing and New Customer Calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Existing Customer Calls.
- Explain About Services.
- Understand Customer Technical Problems.
- Aptitude to recognize problems, research and analyze circumstances, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Complete the assigned work by the supervisor.
Educational requirements:
- Any Graduate
Experience requirements:
- Minimum of 6 Months
Desired Skills:
- Explain and communicate clearly with Clients.
- Understand Customer queries and resolve customer problems.
- Able to solve any kind of technical problem like Email, printer, etc.
Qualifications:
- Team Player.
- Good command over English.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good Observer.
- One time Food.
- Both Side Cab.
